As a solution-focused therapist, my interactive treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns.  My background in developmental psychology allows me to work with clients from many stages of life.  Clients include children, teens and adults.  I also provide relationship work for couples.  With sensitivity, gentle humor and compassion, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.

I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths and identify and achieve their life goals.
