Rates
$125 per 50-minute session, with the initial session costing slightly more.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am contracted to serve the following plans: Alliance Behavioral Care,Humana, UMR, Ohio Health Choice, Healthspan, Private Healthcare Systems.  I also may be able to serve with other policies but given the changing face of insurance we would need to check on a case by case status. 

My billing provider is Ann Florence Comprehensive Billing at 513-304-9245. Either Ann or I will check my network status and your current benefits at the time of scheduling your intake; that helps the client manage the current maze of managed care with less stress.

However, it is highly recommended that you check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards (via Paypal) accepted for payment.
